The brush deburring machine type TubeMart Burrmaster TBR 115 is used to simultaneoulsy deburr leading edges on the inside and outside of pipes and profiled sections without the operator having to rotate the tubing.
The brush assembly is the essential component of the brush deburring machine. During deburring operation, the brush rotates against the work piece and the brush assembly performs a revolving movement perpendicular to the work brush axis. This complex dual rotational movement makes turning the work piece unnecessary.
Specific applications for this brush deburring machine are mitre cuts, bent pipes or profile sections.
- The brush deburring machine consists of the following components:
- 1 rugged steel enclosure
- 2 tool and accessory compartments
- One 12 brush assembly, brushes seperate
- Electric installation equipment
- Brush spindle for off the shelf brushes
Standard work piece mounts to enable full operating range without any additional accessories.
Operation
The operator adjusts the work piece mount to the diameter of the work piece. Without turning the work piece it is then pushed lightly against the revolving brush. In 3 to 6 seconds all burrs on the inside and outside of the work piece will have been removed simultaneously without damaging the surface area of the work piece.
