Tube bending tool set for a CSM CNC100 2-stack Mandrel bender

Full tube bending tool set for a CSM CNC100 2-stack Mandrel bender. To manufacture truck exhausts from Ø3.5" x 1.2mm 304 stainless steel. Including:

Bend Former. 1.5D CLR. Drive keys on both top and bottom surfaces for use on either upper or lower stack position. Recessed to interlock with Clamp Die;
Clamp Die. Serrated grip to clamp surface ;
Pressure/Follower Die. Note 12" rule for scale;
Wiper Die. Hard chromed steel body with inserted Ampco Bronze tip;
4-Ball, Close centre, Articulated Ball Mandrel. Ampco Bronze balls and mandrel nose, tool steel body. Solid articulated links;
Collett Fingers. With serrated grip.

Tube bending tool sets for a Langbow TM32 Twin Headed Compression Bender

Both single and multi-cavity tooling. Comprising of Bend Formers (left and right hand), Clamp Dies and Slipper dies.

The cavities can be designed to precisely fit the tube profile (round, square, flat oval, etc..) or complex shape to deform the tube, providing extra grip when required. We can also design 'Nibs' into the inside of the bend surface.

This forces the material into the inside of the bend, preventing rippling of the tube and easing the unloading of the component from the cavity after bending.

Ø2" push bending/variable radius tooling for a BLM E-52 CNC tube bender

Consisting of a large centre roll, double reaction rolls and a smaller forming roll. Each of the hardened steel rollers is mounted on precision bearings. The radius or radii required in the tube is programmed into the machine's CNC control.

4-Ball Close Centre Mandrel

Made from Ampco Bronze. Designed to allow 1D (Tube diameter) as the CLR (Centre Line Radius).

Shown with assorted internal links. We use our own design of links and balls so we can maintain the close centre pitch required. The links are made as a 1 piece item to keep the maximum strength in the neck diameter.

Mewag Wiper

This wiper die was developed with one of the UK's leading motor sport teams. Made from a high grade engineering Nylon to prevent scoring on high tensile aluminium tube with a 1.25D CLR.
